Small goals.

Recently I’ve been trying to achieve more than I have ever achieved before. When I say this I’m not just talking about work or things like that I’m talking about a full lifestyle change and a complete cognative overhaul.

The only way to be able to picture a change as big as the one I’m undergoing is by breaking it down. Small wins and plenty of them; Small constant serotonin realises which keep you engaged on a chemical and an objective perspective.
